Shipping Policy

All Scale Up With Frankie products are made or printed to order.

Please allow up to 21 calendar days from the date of purchase for your order to be produced, processed, and delivered.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Products within the same order may be produced or fulfilled by different providers and may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. Once an order has entered production or shipment, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.

For merchandise that arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 calendar days of the carrier-recorded delivery date.
